Instructions
Mix flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
Coat chicken in the mixture and cook in hot oil until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and orange zest to make the sauce.
Simmer the sauce until slightly thickened, then add the chicken and toss to coat.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot over rice.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of orange juice to the sauce while simmering.
