Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Whisk together honey, soy, garlic, ginger, oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate salmon in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease the basket.
  • Place salmon skin-side down in the basket and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • Rest briefly, then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
