Ingredients

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper or wax paper.
  • Divide the yogurt evenly into three bowls. If desired, mix honey or maple syrup into each bowl for added sweetness.
  • Add a couple of drops of pink food coloring to one bowl, blue food coloring to the second bowl, and purple food coloring to the third bowl. Stir each bowl until the color is evenly distributed.
  • Using a spoon, dollop and swirl the colored yogurts onto the prepared baking sheet. Create fun patterns by gently swirling the colors together with a toothpick or the back of a spoon.
  • Sprinkle the rainbow sprinkles and edible glitter evenly over the yogurt swirl.
  • Place the tray flat in the freezer and let it freeze for 2-3 hours, or until completely firm.
  • Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces using your hands or a knife.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.

Notes
