Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for serving grated parmesan cheese
  • for garnish fresh basil leaves

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add cherry tomatoes and cook 3-4 mins.
  • Add spinach and red pepper flakes; cook until spinach wilts.
  • Toss in cooked pasta, season, then serve topped with parmesan and basil.

Notes

Feel free to add more red pepper flakes for extra spice.
