Instructions
Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender but crisp.
Mix in cooked rice and soy sauce; cook for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
