Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix chicken, salsa, beans, corn, cumin, and chili powder.
Fill tortillas with 1/3 cup of mixture, add cheese, roll, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
Pour remaining salsa over and sprinkle with cheese, then cover with foil and bake 20 minutes.
Remove foil, bake 10 more minutes until bubbly, then serve topped with sour cream and cilantro if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or serve with lime wedges.
