Ingredients

Salmon

  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Marinate salmon pieces for 15-20 minutes.
  • Heat a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add salmon and cook 3-4 minutes per side until caramelized.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions, then serve.
