A hearty and cheesy baked gnocchi dish featuring tender chicken, marinara, and melted cheeses, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Gnocchi

  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh basil

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook gnocchi until they float, then drain.
  • Mix gnocchi, chicken, marinara, Italian seasoning, and half the cheese.
  • Transfer to a greased dish, top with remaining cheese, drizzle olive oil.
  • Bake 25-30 mins until bubbly and golden, then garnish with basil.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or extra basil before serving.
