Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg (lightly beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Burger buns
  • Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)

Instructions 

  • Combine turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Gently mix until just combined; do not overmix.
  • Divide into 4 patties.
  • Preheat grill or skillet to medium heat.
  • Cook 5-7 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes
