1.5cupsbrewed espresso or instant coffee

Instructions
Separate egg whites and yolks.
Whisk yolks and sugar until light and frothy.
Add mascarpone to yolk mixture and whisk until combined.
Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold egg whites into yolk mixture.
Dip ladyfingers in coffee for 1-2 seconds.
Layer ladyfingers and filling in a dish.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
