A flavorful and hearty one-pot meal combining ground turkey, orzo, and fresh spinach in a creamy tomato sauce.
Ingredients

Instructions
Add onion and garlic to a pot with oil; cook until translucent.
Add ground turkey; cook until no longer pink, then drain excess grease.
Add tomato sauce, water, cream, seasonings, and orzo; simmer until orzo is cooked and sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in parmesan and spinach, cover, and sit for 3 minutes.
Scoop into bowls, sprinkle with parmesan, and serve.
Notes
Use fresh spinach for best flavor and texture.
