A hearty and creamy ground beef stroganoff that's easy to make and perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients

ground beef

onion, chopped

cloves
garlic, minced

mushrooms, sliced

beef broth

worcestershire sauce

paprika

egg noodles

sour cream

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
Add ground beef, cook until browned; drain excess fat.
Stir in mushrooms, cook until tender. Add flour and stir.
Pour in beef broth, add Worcestershire, paprika, salt, and pepper; simmer 10 minutes.
Cook egg noodles as per package; drain. Stir sour cream into beef mixture.
Serve beef stroganoff over noodles, garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use full-fat sour cream and fresh mushrooms.
