Ingredients

Pasta and Vegetables

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh basil leaves

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in cooked pasta and spinach, season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan, and garnish with basil.
