Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1/2 avocado sliced

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and sriracha to make marinade.
  • Marinate salmon for at least 15 minutes.
