These salmon burgers are packed with flavor and easy to make. A healthy and delicious alternative to beef burgers!
Ingredients
Salmon Burgers

skinless salmon fillet
(finely chopped)

red onion
(finely chopped)

fresh dill

Instructions
Combine salmon, red onion, dill, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
Mix in panko breadcrumbs gently.
Form into 4 patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown.
Serve on buns with toppings.
