These salmon burgers are packed with flavor and easy to make. A healthy and delicious alternative to beef burgers!

Ingredients

Salmon Burgers

  • 1.5 lbs skinless salmon fillet (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Serving

  • 4 burger buns
  • Optional toppings (lettuce, tomato, avocado, tartar sauce)

Instructions 

  • Combine salmon, red onion, dill, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix in panko breadcrumbs gently.
  • Form into 4 patties.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  • Serve on buns with toppings.

For best results, use fresh, high-quality salmon.
