A simple and flavorful one-pan meal featuring tender chicken thighs and crispy potatoes, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)

Vegetables

  • 4 medium potatoes (cut into wedges)

Seasonings & Oils

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • to taste salt and pepper

Garnish

  • for garnish fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat chicken and potatoes with the seasoning mixture.
  • Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.
