Ingredients
Hamburger Patties

(80/20 blend recommended)

Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Avoid overmixing.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions.
Shape each portion into a patty about 3/4 inch thick. Create a slight indent in the center.
Brush the patties lightly with olive oil (optional).
Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness.
Let the patties rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, don't overmix the ground beef. Overmixing can result in tough patties.
