A quick and delicious pasta dish with a creamy tomato garlic sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

pasta (penne or spaghetti)

olive oil

garlic, minced

diced tomatoes

heavy cream

red pepper flakes

Instructions
Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
Heat olive oil, sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and red pepper flakes, simmer 5 minutes.

Add pasta, season with salt and pepper, toss to coat.
