Ingredients

Dried Mixes

  • 17 oz corn muffin mix
  • 29.4 oz creamed sweet corn
  • 15 oz whole kernel corn, drained
  • 0.25 cup salted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.33 cup honey or sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions 

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased crockpot.
  • Cook on low for 2 hours or until set and golden on top.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
