Instructions
Cook ground beef in a skillet until no pink remains, then set aside.
Melt butter in the same skillet, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
Add pasta, water, and beef broth; cook uncovered for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender.
Return beef to skillet, add Parmesan, herbs, and heavy cream if desired; stir well.
Taste and adjust seasoning; serve hot topped with fresh herbs or extra Parmesan.
Notes
You can add more vegetables or spice it up with extra chili flakes for more flavor.
