Seasoning and Garnish

Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until just al dente, drain and set aside.
Brown ground beef in a skillet with butter, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
Stir in taco seasoning, Worcestershire, and tomato paste to season the beef.
Add broth, milk, and Rotel; simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Combine cooked pasta with sauce, then stir in cheeses until melted and creamy.
Adjust seasoning, serve garnished with cilantro or toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, top with crushed tortilla chips or fresh herbs.
