soy sauce

Instructions
Mix cornflour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, chili powder, turmeric, and salt.
Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture and fry until crispy. Set aside.
Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant. Add bell pepper and pineapple, cook 2-3 mins.
Mix soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and add to vegetables. Thicken with cornstarch slurry.
Add crispy chicken to sauce, toss to coat. Serve garnished with spring onions.
Notes
For extra crunch, double fry the chicken.
