Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and ginger to make marinade.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper, then marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove salmon from marinade, reserving marinade.
  • Grill salmon 4-5 minutes per side, basting with marinade.
  • Rest briefly, then garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
