Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Carbohydrates

  • 1 cup cooked rice (brown or white)

Vegetables

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers

Garnish

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and ginger.
  • Cook salmon in a skillet over medium-high heat, pour sauce, and cook 5 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Steam broccoli and peppers until tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, vegetables, and salmon. Drizzle with sauce and garnish.
