Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 dish.
Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes, then drain.
Mash sweet potatoes with remaining ingredients and spread in dish.
Mix pecan topping ingredients and sprinkle over casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and pecans toasted.
Notes
