Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • to taste salt and pepper

Carbohydrates

  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)

Vegetables

  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Garnish

  • for garnish sesame seeds

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, sriracha, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush glaze on salmon and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Prepare rice and steam broccoli.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, vegetables, and drizzle with glaze. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Use fresh salmon for best flavor. Adjust spice level with sriracha.
