A quick and flavorful dish combining tender steak, spicy garlic sauce, and pasta for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)

Meat

  • 1 lb flank steak, sliced thinly

Aromatics and sauces

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Seasoning

  • to taste salt and pepper

Garnish and optional

  • 2 green onions sliced green onions
  • parmesan cheese parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta according to package; drain and set aside.
  • Cook steak in olive oil until browned, then add garlic, soy, honey, and red pepper flakes; stir.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes, then toss in pasta to coat.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve with Parmesan if desired.
