  • 1 lb skirt steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1 large bell pepper (any color, sliced)
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings (sour cream, guacamole, salsa, shredded cheese)

Instructions 

  • Combine steak, fajita seasoning, and lime juice. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add bell pepper and onion; cook until softened, 5-7 minutes.
  • Add steak; cook until browned and cooked through, 5-7 minutes.
  • Warm tortillas per package instructions.
  • Serve steak and vegetables in tortillas with toppings.

Notes

For extra flavor, grill the steak and vegetables instead of using a skillet.
