Marinade

Main Ingredients
1lbskirt or flank steak
2yellowonion(sliced)
3bellpeppers(sliced)
1tbspvegetable oil

1/2limelime(juiced)
8flourtortillas
Toppings
2avocadosavocados
1/2cupsour cream

Instructions
Marinate steak in refrigerator overnight.
Cook steak on griddle for 3-4 minutes per side until 125ยบ internal temperature. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Saute onion and pepper slices on griddle for 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle with Tajin and lime juice.
Slice steak and toss with peppers and onions for 1 minute.
Quickly add tortillas to griddle for 30 seconds per side.
