Enjoy a quick and delicious one-pot steak fajita meal. This recipe is easy to make and perfect for a weeknight dinner.

bell peppers

fajita seasoning

Flour tortillas

(sour cream, guacamole, salsa, shredded cheese)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat.
Add sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the pot.
Sprinkle fajita seasoning over the steak and vegetables. Stir well to combine.
Pour in beef broth (or water) and bring to a simmer. Cook until vegetables are tender and the sauce has slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
Serve immediately in warmed flour tortillas with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
