Delicious and easy steak fajitas made with tender flank steak and colorful bell peppers. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner!

Instructions
Mix seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
Slice flank steak in thin rounds, then into bite-size pieces.
Slice onion and bell peppers.
Divide seasoning; toss half with veggies, half with meat.
Place water and trivet in instant pot, then add steak on foil.
Pressure cook on high for 7 minutes, 3-minute natural release, then quick release.
Place veggies on top of steak, close lid.
Pressure cook on high for 1 minute, then quick release.
Remove beef fajitas and veggies.
Squeeze lime juice over fajitas and serve on warm tortillas.
Garnish with cheese, sour cream, cilantro, or other toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
