Ingredients

Fajita Ingredients

  • 1 lb skirt steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1 large bell pepper (any color, sliced)
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning
  • 8 flour tortillas

Optional Toppings

Instructions 

  • Toss steak, bell pepper, and onion with olive oil and fajita seasoning.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add steak and vegetable mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Warm the tortillas according to package instructions.
  • Serve in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.

Notes
