Marinade
Soy Sauce
Lime Juice(Fresh is best!)
Olive Oil
Garlic(Minced)
Chili Powder
Cumin
Smoked Paprika

Fajitas
Skirt or Flank Steak(Sliced)
Bell Pepper(Any color)
Onion(Sliced)
Tortillas, Salsa, Guacamole, Sour cream and more!(For serving)
Instructions
Mix soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (optional) in a bowl.
Slice steak, marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
Slice bell peppers and onions. Grill or pan-fry steak, onions, and peppers until charred.
Cook steak to medium (3-5 minutes per side). Cook vegetables until tender-crisp. Let steak rest before slicing.
Warm tortillas and assemble fajitas with steak and veggies.
