Ingredients

Marinade

  • Soy Sauce
  • Lime Juice (Fresh is best!)
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic (Minced)
  • Chili Powder
  • Cumin
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Cayenne Pepper (Optional)

Fajitas

  • Skirt or Flank Steak (Sliced)
  • Bell Pepper (Any color)
  • Onion (Sliced)
  • Tortillas, Salsa, Guacamole, Sour cream and more! (For serving)

Instructions 

  • Mix soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (optional) in a bowl.
  • Slice steak, marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
  • Slice bell peppers and onions. Grill or pan-fry steak, onions, and peppers until charred.
  • Cook steak to medium (3-5 minutes per side). Cook vegetables until tender-crisp. Let steak rest before slicing.
  • Warm tortillas and assemble fajitas with steak and veggies.
  • Add toppings like salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese. Enjoy!

Notes

Marinating the steak longer enhances the flavor. Don't skip the resting period for the steak!
