1lbskirt steak(thinly sliced)
1bell pepper(any color, sliced)
1onion(sliced)
1tbspolive oil
1packetfajita seasoning
6-8small corn or flour tortillas

shredded cheese(Optional)
Instructions
Toss steak with 1/2 fajita seasoning.
Toss bell pepper and onion with olive oil and remaining seasoning.
Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook steak for 3-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add peppers and onions to skillet; cook 5-7 minutes.
Warm tortillas.
Stack steak, peppers, and onions on tortillas. Add toppings.
Serve immediately.
