  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for serving lemon wedges

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rinse prawns, split down the back, and pat dry.
