A flavorful and spicy street food favorite, these roti rolls are packed with vegetables, paneer, and a zesty Schezwan sauce.

ginger-garlic paste

Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté ginger-garlic paste until fragrant, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Mix in Schezwan and soy sauces, cook for a minute, then remove from heat and stir in grated paneer.
Warm rotis briefly, then fill with the vegetable and paneer mixture, roll tightly, and secure with a toothpick if needed.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with lemon wedges.
