Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Vegetables

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)

Garnish

  • 2 green onions sliced green onions
  • sesame seeds for garnish sesame seeds

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, then cook for 6-7 minutes per side.
  • Remove chicken, drizzle with hot honey, and sauté vegetables until tender.
  • Layer rice, vegetables, and sliced chicken in a bowl, then drizzle remaining hot honey.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in hot honey for 15 minutes before cooking.
