A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining seasoned ground beef, vibrant vegetables, and spicy sauce served over fluffy rice.

Ingredients

Meat and Rice

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Vegetables and Aromatics

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Sauces and Oils

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha or chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • pepper to taste pepper

Garnish

  • green onions, chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic and ginger, sauté 30 seconds.
  • Add ground beef, cook 5-7 minutes until browned.
  • Stir in soy sauce and sriracha, cook 1 minute.
  • Add vegetables, stir-fry 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve over rice, garnish with green onions.

Notes

Feel free to adjust spice levels with more or less sriracha.
