A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining seasoned ground beef, vibrant vegetables, and spicy sauce served over fluffy rice.
Ingredients

cooked rice
Vegetables and Aromatics

mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots)

Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and ginger, sauté 30 seconds.
Add ground beef, cook 5-7 minutes until browned.
Stir in soy sauce and sriracha, cook 1 minute.
Add vegetables, stir-fry 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve over rice, garnish with green onions.
Notes
Feel free to adjust spice levels with more or less sriracha.
