Ingredients

  • 12 oz corn (Cooked or microwaved)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (Room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese (Shredded)
  • 2 jalapenos jalapenos (Seeded and diced)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix cream cheese, milk, cheddar, and jalapenos in a bowl.
  • Steam corn and add to the mixture, then combine well.
  • Transfer to a casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes until bubbling.

Notes

Adjust jalapenos for desired spice level.
