A tangy and flavorful sauce perfect for burgers, fries, or dipping. This homemade special sauce is easy to make and tastes better than store-bought!

  • 112 g mayonnaise
  • 68 g ketchup
  • 30 g dill pickle relish
  • 15 g Dijon mustard
  • 6 g white vinegar (see notes for options)
  • 0.5 tsp dried dill
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, including optional cayenne or hot sauce.
  • Stir until fully combined using a small spatula.
  • Store covered in the fridge until ready to use.

Notes

For a tangier sauce, substitute the white vinegar with apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.
