Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch dish.
Cook noodles until al dente, drain, and set aside.
Brown beef and onion, then stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and mushroom soup; cook 3 minutes.
Mix noodles, beef mixture, sour cream, and half cheese; transfer to dish, top with remaining cheese.
Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
