Instructions
Heat a skillet with a little cooking oil over medium-high heat.
Divide beef into four portions, season with salt and pepper, then smash and cook each for 2-3 minutes per side.
Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle cheese, add a burger patty, vegetables, then top with more cheese and fold.
Cook each quesadilla 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts. Slice and serve with toppings.

Ensure to smash the beef patties thin for quick cooking and crispy edges.
