4small flour tortillassmall flour tortillas
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
0.5cupdiced onions
0.5cupdiced tomatoes
0.25cuppickles, chopped
1tablespoonmustard
1tablespoonketchup
to tastesalt and pepper
for fryingcooking oil
Instructions
Cook beef patties in a skillet with oil, season with salt and pepper, then chop into pieces.
Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, add beef pieces, onions, tomatoes, pickles, then drizzle with mustard and ketchup. Fold in half.
Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings, then slice into wedges and serve warm.
