A delicious and easy-to-make salmon bowl featuring a sweet honey garlic sauce, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Carbohydrates

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Garnish

  • to taste sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and pepper.
  • Place salmon in slow cooker and pour sauce over.
  • Cook on low for 2-3 hours until flaky.
  • Flake salmon and serve over rice and broccoli, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
