baby potatoes
(halved or quartered if large)

unsalted butter

Instructions
Sear beef in olive oil until browned, then transfer to slow cooker.
Sauté minced garlic in butter until fragrant.
Pour beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and rosemary over beef.
Add potatoes to the slow cooker.
Place remaining butter on top.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a bay leaf during cooking and removing it before serving.
