Instructions
Combine beef, salt, pepper, thyme, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
Place halved potatoes in the slow cooker, then add seasoned beef on top.
Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic, cook 1-2 minutes, then stir in Worcestershire sauce.
Pour garlic butter over beef and potatoes, cover, and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
Gently stir to combine, garnish with parsley before serving.
