A creamy, cheesy potato casserole perfect for gatherings, cooked effortlessly in a slow cooker.
Ingredients

frozen cubed hashbrowns
(about 2 12oz bags)

thick sour cream
(like Daisy brand)

condensed cream of chicken soup
(10oz can)

salted butter
(melted)

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
onion powder
1/4
teaspoon
ground black pepper

shredded sharp cheddar cheese

salted butter

crushed Corn Flakes cereal
Instructions
Mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and 1/2 cup melted butter.
Add salt, onion powder, and pepper; stir to combine.
Fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
Stir in frozen hashbrowns until coated.
Transfer to greased slow cooker, smooth top, and cook on high 3 hours or low 5-6 hours. Stir halfway if possible.
Notes
Stir halfway through cooking for even heating.
