Instructions
Mix chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Rub spice mixture on steak; marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook steak 4-5 minutes per side.
Rest steak for 5 minutes before slicing.
Add remaining olive oil to skillet.
Cook bell peppers and onion until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Slice steak, add to skillet with vegetables.
Serve in warm tortillas with toppings.
Notes
