A delicious and easy-to-make lasagna cooked in a slow cooker, perfect for a comforting family meal.
Ingredients

Instructions
Brown ground beef in a skillet, add onion and garlic, then stir in one jar of tomato sauce. Remove from heat.
Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray, add a thin layer of meat sauce at the bottom.
Layer uncooked noodles, dollops of ricotta, mozzarella, and meat sauce. Repeat layers until full, then top with remaining sauce and cheese.
Pour water around the edges, cover, and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours. Rest briefly before serving, garnished with herbs.
Notes
Using fresh herbs enhances flavor; ensure noodles are submerged in water for even cooking.
