Ingredients

Meat and Vegetables

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Frozen Tater Tots

  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
  • Mix beef, green beans, soup, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread mixture in a greased 9x13 inch dish, top with cheese, then tater tots.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Let cool briefly before serving.

Notes

For a healthier option, use low-fat cheese and reduce salt.
